Will studied Bioveterinary Science at Liverpool then the Accelerated BVetMed at the RVC in London. Following several years in practice he then began teaching part-time at Surrey University at the School of Veterinary Medicine, gaining a graduate certificate in learning and teaching. He also runs Wilco's Bees, a beekeeping business. Will is a member of WAVMA and the Fish Veterinary Society. He founded Streamline Veterinary Services in 2025, taking over the work started by Dr Peter Scott FRCVS at Biotope.
